Lindsey has over a decade of experience in residential and commercial real esatate and land development. 

 

Lindsey has been licensed as a real estate agent since age 21.  She flipped her first home and soon after, she obtained her contractor’s license and built her first home.  At age 25, she became a superintendent and project manager for Classic Homes, one of the largest and most respected homebuilding companies in Colorado.  During this time, she managed and oversaw the construction of over one hundred homes, at times working directly with land developers. 

 

She then became a licensed residential and commercial building inspector for the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department.

 

She also became involved in private land development, after working as a Colorado Preferred Developer for a national tenant.  She currently runs her own residential and commercial real estate companies.

 

Lindsey graduated in 2009 from the University of Colorado at Boulder with degrees in Math and Psychology.
